‘Garden of Art, Baptism for Mind’. With the praise from audiences, the first round of The Eighth International Exhibition of Traditional Fine Arts, which was displayed in Shanghai Art Collection Museum, came to an end successfully on June 25th, 2018.

In spite of the rainy season, the exhibitio attracted a great amount of audiences, including families, foreign friends and governmental leaders. The encouragement form the public made it more splendid.

Besides some individual visitors, many companies arranged group visits and art experience activities in the museum for the staffs.

The reports of major media agencies, comments from audience, and encouragement from leaders inspired us a lot.

Since the beginning, more than 100 domestic and foreign media reported the exhibition, which received wide focus from the public.

The fabulous works from artisits around the world have been

highly recognized and praised by the audiences.

Many people left their passionate comments after the visit.

During the exhibition, Mr. Sabri Tunç Ang?l?, Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Shanghai, Mr. Weiren Wang, Secretary of the Changning District Committe of CPC, Ms. Xiufen Yu, Director of Shanghai Municipal Administration of Cultre, Radio, Film & TV, Mr. Bing Ni, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Administration of Cultre, Radio, Film & TV and Mr. Lei Zhang, member of the Changning District Committe of CPC and Director of Judicial and Law Enforcement Committee and other governmental leaders came to visit the exhibition and guide the work.

This exhibition presented a visual art feast for citizens in Shanghai and provided them the chance to appreciate the works of different styles and enjoy the charm of art.

After the first round of The Eighth International Exhibition of Traditional Fine Arts in Shanghai Art Collection Museum, some exhibits will be displayed in Shanghai Art Collection Museum – Takashimaya Art Space (5F/Takashimaya Department Store) from June 28th to July 18th. Audience who missed the first round can grasp the opportunity and go for a visit.
