Lü Zhangshen, Director of the National Museum of China and a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, has practiced calligraphy for more than twenty years. A student of masters Qi Gong and Zhu Naizheng, he has published the Lü Zhangshen Calligraphy Collection, with over a hundred works collected by leading museums and art institutions.

This piece, titled “Righteous Spirit of Heaven and Earth,” reflects Lü’s elegant brushwork and his dedication to the enduring vitality of traditional Chinese calligraphy.
