The International Cultural Tourism Program Promotion Conference
The 5th International (Shanghai) Cultural Tourism Program Promotion Conference was held successfully in Shanghai on June 5th. More than 100 representatives from all over the world gathered together and shared their unique cultural and tourism resources.

As a series event of the 9th International Exhibition of Traditional Fine Arts, the 5th International (Shanghai) Cultural Tourism Program Promotion Conference provides an international platform for governmental organizations, professional institutions and enterprises around the world to share their resources and reach win-win cooperation.
The conference attracted representatives from China, Japan, Iran, Slovak Republic, Turkey and other countries and regions to promote their typical and special cultural tourism programs, such as Mr. Ebrahim Goshtasbirad, Deputy Mayor of Shiraz of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ms. Ivana Vala Magátová, Consul General of the Slovak Republic in Shanghai, Mr. Sabri Tunç Angılı, Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Shanghai, Mr. Naoya Iju, Deputy Director of Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Okinawa Prefectural Government, which left a deep impression on audiences. The conference created a cooperation system by combing culture and tourism and made contributions to the people-to-people friendship and mutual trust between Shanghai and countries along the “Belt and Road”.
